Terms of Service

The deal

Prompt Master 3000 is a free beta service operated by Socialocca LLC ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

Beta service, no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Things may break, change, slow down, or disappear without notice. Don't bet your business on this tool being up at any particular moment.

Acceptable use

When you use the service, you agree NOT to:

• Use it to generate or polish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Use it to attack, defraud, impersonate, or stalk anyone.
• Try to bypass rate limits, automate abusive volumes of requests, or otherwise mess with how the service works.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or republish the service in a way that competes with us using our own infrastructure.

Usage limits

The free tier is currently capped at 10 polishes per device per rolling 24-hour window. We may change these limits at any time. We can also rate-limit, block, or shut down access for any reason, especially if we suspect abuse.

Your content

You keep all rights to the prompts you send and the polished outputs you receive. We don't store them, so we don't claim anything in them. You're responsible for what you put in and what you do with what comes out — including making sure it's accurate before you use it for anything that matters.

AI output disclaimer

The polished prompts are generated by large language models. They can be wrong, biased, or weird in ways we can't predict. Treat the output as a draft, not gospel. Always review before using it in production, in public, or anywhere with real consequences.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Socialocca LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to USD $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Socialocca LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We can update these terms. If we do, we'll bump the "last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
